Additional assistance can be obtained through your state representative. For example, if your representative is willing to participate in your first meeting, and most are more than willing to help, he or she can send out an invitation to up to 500 of your neighbors. A neighborhood association can take a variety of forms and can function at many different levels. You don't have to be an expert to organize a neighborhood association, only willing to serve your community.
